The old classic! Personal training should be just that, personal. So whether it is 30, 45 or 60 mins we offer you our full attention and focus on your needs during each session. Your sessions won’t be generic and random; they will be planned and specific to you. We see this as a great way to stay motivated, add to your current training and it gives you time to ask a health professional all the questions you like whilst challenging your limits! We offer ongoing external follow up and advice at no extra cost for each personal training client who sets a “SMART GOAL” as part of their program.
